REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DRIVER

The minimum age for renting cars – 25 years. (Group H, J – 35 years.). Drivers under the age of 25 years can rent a car by purchasing additional insurance.

When collecting the vehicle, the principal driver, exactly like an additional need to provide a valid driving license in his / their name.

An additional driver is issued on site (5 € per day, a separate booking is not required).

All drivers must have a driving license with a validity period of at least 3 years.

Passport or identity card (DNI) is required on a mandatory basis

POLICY ON FUEL

The car is issued to the lessee with a full or partially full tank of fuel. Return the car should be with the same amount of fuel in the tank, with which the car was received.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

The application for booking is confirmed within 24 hours (on working days) by e-mail.

24/7 SUPPORT

All our clients have the opportunity to receive emergency assistance 24 hours a day. The phone is listed in the rental contract.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE

All tenants are responsible for penalties for speeding, parking tickets and other traffic violations, as well as all administrative costs associated with these penalties.

Loss or damage to the ignition key. Pay the full replacement of the expense of the tenant.

Penalty for cleaning heavily soiled car. Regardless of your Lease Agreement, you will be required to pay the cost of the work that exceeds the standard cleaning or cleaning of the cabin (child seats), in order to restore their condition at the time of the start of the lease.

CALCULATION OF COST

Price is calculated by the date and time of receipt and return of the vehicle and in line with the tenant before the lease. If you decide to get a car or return it later before the agreed period, recalculated for the unused time is not made and the money is not returned.

Babys seat cost 4 eur daily, Booster cost 2 eur daily

IMPORTANT

The lessee gets the car in good condition and clean.

It is not allowed to use the car for commercial purposes; transporting animals; transfer control car to persons not entered in the contract; control the machine in alcohol, narcotic intoxication and under the influence of medicines; overload the car; tow another vehicle or go in tow by yourself.
